Excel recruitment Galway is searching for a bartender looking to reach the pinnacle of the bartending profession by getting to work in some of the city’s most renowned hotels and bars.

This job suits a bartender who wants to work on a schedule that suits you, while still receiving a competitive industry rate and accruing holiday pay. Work is offered on a temporary, ongoing basis, pay rate and full role details will be available before booking onto shifts

Requirements for Bar staff:

• Experience as a bartender /bar work (Preferred, opportunities as a waiter/wine waiter, glass collector, or hotel accommodation assistant/cleaner are also available)

• Valid work permit, with documentation

• Manual handling certs (Training can be provided)

Responsibilities for Bar staff:

• Prepare all drinks ordered in an efficient and timely manner and to a high standard

• Exceed the expectations of all customers within the establishments

• Keep the bar continuously stocked from set up to breakdown and throughout service and to stock rotate regularly

• Close the bar at the end of the shift to a high standard and in line with company policy

• Work harmoniously with all events team
